2018 Fruit Sale

PICK UP AN ORDER FORM FROM THE HS BAND ROOM


ALL ORDERS ARE DUE BY 11/13/18

Fruit Sale Instructions:

1.   Orders are due by November 13.  If dropping off orders early please use either Tiger Box (HS or JFS)


2.  Checks need to be payable to the - UE BAND BOOSTERS.


3.  Please include your student’s phone number as well any parent’s phone numbers and emails in case of questions.  Students with different names then their parents, please remember to have both names on the form. The more contact information I have the easier it is if I need to contact you.


4.  Delivery is scheduled for Friday Dec. 7th.  Pick up is 3-5 pm in the stadium back ally.  Any orders not picked up will be stored in the band room and you will need to make arrangements with Mr. Bill for pick up.


5.  Every student will receive $5.00 into your student account for every item sold.

This sale is a great opportunity to build up your student account.  Earn now to defray the cost of the Florida trip. The more you sell, the more you earn.
